Emily Greene is a Kiwi who grew up in Darlinghurst, Sydney. She earned adegree in Environmental Studies in the University of Sydney from which she learned all the things she knows about eco-consciousness, veganism and the Zero Waste lifestyle. She and her girlfriend Tanya run Zero Concepts, a sustainable shop that sells organic skincare and slow fashion pieces they sew/knit themselves. She is a mother to a Russian Blue cat, Perry, and an Eastern Box turtle, Johnny.

Robert Clayton has been living waste-free for over 8 years – even his wife and kids love it. He owns a small Zero Waste grocery in Hobart, helping locals reduce the rubbish they make every day. He grew up in a farm with his parents in Corinna, Tasmania and is now teaching city folks how to balance eco-conscious living with modern convenience both at home and at work. When he isn’t planning his next vegetarian meal, he’s writing for Sustainable Man.
