Keeping my Skin Free from Blackheads

Woman with acne

If you are as meticulous as I am when it comes to skincare, then you have definitely come to the right place. I like keeping my skin clear, healthy, and soft, but with outside factors such as pollution, stress, and other stuff, it definitely gets a little too difficult to maintain my skin at times.

I have always been prone to blackheads and whiteheads ever since I was a teenager. Now that I am in my early 30s, I still do get them, but I know how to get rid of them and which products to use.

The Skin Savior I Discovered

Woman with facial peel

I have started using Kedma Cosmetics Philippines’ Facial Peel a few months ago. Ever since I have discovered this product, my blackheads and breakouts have disappeared like magic. I am not kidding. I have noticed a huge difference from when I wasn’t using facial peels to when I have regularly started using this one. My skin is way smoother, and my nose area is usually clear of any blackheads since then!

The facial peel promises to stimulate blood circulation, lighten the skin, and of course, the most important of all — it deep cleanses the pores of perspiration, dirt, flaking skin, and grease. You will notice that your skin will feel tight, smooth, and fresh after using the peel. If you have dry skin, you do not need to worry, as this product does not make your skin tug. It just gets rid of all that extra oil that your skin doesn’t need and keeps the essential ones that are needed to produce healthy skin.

I make sure to apply the gel to my face once a week, and twice if I feel like my skin needs it the most. I just slather it all over my face, then I allow it to sit for one to two minutes before I rinse it off. I also massage it all over my face so I can get all of those dead skin cells off of my skin, as this helps reveal the healthy and smooth skin that I have underneath.

Blackheads are more common around the t-zone area, meaning that you can mostly get them around your nose, chin, and forehead areas. When you are working with the peeling gel, make sure to get these areas and rub the gel properly and a little bit more intense compared to the other areas of your face.

If you want, you can also get facials from certified dermatologists every once in a while. I personally am not a fan of pricking though, as it seriously hurts my skin. If that’s your thing though, then go ahead and go for that. Pore strips are not that good either, contrary to popular belief. The adhesive in some of these things can sometimes be too strong that they can harm your skin in the process. Stick to facials and peeling gels and you’ll be good.

Remember that exfoliation is the key when it comes to keeping your skin clear of any blackheads or whiteheads. Prevention is always better than cure, so even if you do not see any whiteheads, blackheads, or pimples on your face, it would still be a great idea to exfoliate your skin with this peeling gel every once in a while!
